Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. This role is responsible for providing accurate information, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering a consistently positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem solver, and team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer concerns by identifying issues, researching solutions, and following through to completion

  • Accurately enter and update customer information in internal systems

  • Process orders, returns, exchanges, credits, or adjustments as needed

  • Communicate clearly with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met

  • Follow established procedures while maintaining flexibility to handle unique situations

  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge

  • Contribute to a positive team environment and support continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications & Skills

  • Knowledge of the Glass / Glazing / Window industry preferred, but not required

  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities

  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and empathetic in challenging situations

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Proficiency with basic computer systems and the ability to learn new software quickly

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
