Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. This role is responsible for providing accurate information, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering a consistently positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem solver, and team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer concerns by identifying issues, researching solutions, and following through to completion
Accurately enter and update customer information in internal systems
Process orders, returns, exchanges, credits, or adjustments as needed
Communicate clearly with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
Follow established procedures while maintaining flexibility to handle unique situations
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge
Contribute to a positive team environment and support continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications & Skills
Knowledge of the Glass / Glazing / Window industry preferred, but not required
Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Ability to remain calm, professional, and empathetic in challenging situations
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with basic computer systems and the ability to learn new software quickly
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
