We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Glazing Project Manager to join our team and oversee various commercial glazing projects from inception to completion.
Position Overview:
The Glazing Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising commercial glazing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with deep knowledge of glazing materials, methods, and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Minimum five years of experience as a Project Manager in public and private glazing projects
Expertise in storefront, curtainwall, doors, windows, glass and glazing, installation processes, hardware materials, and project management principles
Strong understanding of industry safety regulations and quality standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and project management software
Experience with PartnerPak , ACAD is a plus,
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
A team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to challenges and decision-making
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required
Work on high-profile commercial projects with a reputable industry leader
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with general contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to confirm project specifications
Oversee commercial glazing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Manage procurement of materials and supplies, working with external vendors to meet project demands
Assess resource requirements, including manpower, equipment, and materials, while maintaining budgetary constraints
Monitor installation progress, providing supervision and guidance to labor teams to optimize productivity and compliance with safety regulations
Identify and resolve project challenges, including unforeseen delays, supply chain issues, and technical obstacles
Ensure strict health and safety standards adherence, promptly reporting and addressing potential risks
Prepare detailed reports on work progress, costs, and scheduling for internal and external stakeholders
Prepare and submit closeout documentation
Represent the company in project and strategy meetings, fostering strong relationships with clients and industry partners
